Dedication

Kathy Rizzo, and her dog, Louie, who happens to be out of the picture, walk up to the Winchester square almost every day to water the flowers to keep them looking beautiful. Rizzo said it gives her and Louie some much needed exercise and keeps the flowers looking nice and healthy, which, in turn, makes the square look more attractive. Rizzo said she was thankful for the recent rains, which allowed her to skip a few days of watering, though Louie wasn’t too fond of missing his walks. (Carmen Ensinger/Scott County Times)
