The Pikeland Unit 10 school board meeting Friday morning include the traditional tour of the buildings, a decision on the governor’s mask mandate and several personal decisions.
The board accepted the resignations of Bob Hammitt as bus driver, Erin Howland as speech therapist and Doug Smith, principal at South.
Hirings included: Nanette Bess, part time speech teacher; Laura West, speech teacher, Kurtis Bogatzke, math interventionist, Leighanne Prssey, long-term substitute teacher, Courtney Reel, ELA at PCS, Kati Jo McHatton, paraprofessional at PCS, Theresa Price and Robin Pritchett, hot lunch cashiers, Kathy Lehr, bus aide, Matt Davidsmeyer, p.m.over flow route.
Rob Cook was hired as wrestling coach at PCS, Michelle Howard as cheerleading coach at PCS, Noah Mendenhall as seventh grade boys basketball coach at PCS and Tressa Zabel, assistant volunteer cheerleader coach at PHS.
