The Glasgow Burgoo is Sept. 4, this Saturday and the events and festivities last all day.
At 7:30 a.m., burgoo kettle service begins.
The parade will begin at 10 a.m., followed by th e pageants with introductions and interviews.
The lunch stand will open at 11 and stay open until 2 p.m.
The Harmoni Girls will perform from 1-3 p.m.
At 3 p.m., the coronations will begin. Little Miss, Little Mister, Junior Miss all be crowned. Miss Glasgow will be crowned later.
The Harmoni Girls take the stage again at 4:30 p.m. and will be on stage until 6:30 p.m..
Miss Glasgow will be crowned at 7 p.m..
Immediately following will be the cash raffles.
During the day there will be a treasure hunt for children, give-aways of four $50 grocery gift cards,must be present to win, There will be vendors, food stands, raffle sales and games all day.
