Reservations must be made by 1 p.m. prior to the day you wish to eat. If you have made reservations and cannot attend, please notify the center at 618-498-3483.
Whole wheat bread served daily except as noted (*). 2 percent milk is served daily.
Thursday, Aug 26: Beef and noodles, whole wheat roll, mixed vegetables, rosy applesauce and brownie.
Friday, Aug 27: Chili with beans, all meat frank on bun, slaw, tropical fruit and dessert bar.
Sunday, Aug 30: Sausage patties biscuit & gravy, roasted potatoes, spinach, oranges, muffins.
Tuesday Aug 31: Chicken alfredo, garlic bread, broccoli,fruit cocktail, pudding.
Wednesday Sept 1: Unstuffed green pepper casserole, butter beans, cinnamon applesauce and cookies.
Thursday, Sept. 2: Potato soup, ham sallad sandwich, cucumber salad, oranges and jello with fruit salad.
Friday, Sept. 3: Salisbury steak, Mashed potatoes & gravy, asparagus, pears, dessert bar.
Monday, Sept 6: Closed for Labor Day!
