Lee and Kathy Eagleton live in Fieldon. They have been married for 50 years and were married on Sept. 11, 1971 at Faith Lutheran Church in Godfrey. The Eagletons were with their children and grandchildren on their special day.

The Eagletons have three children: Brian (Katie) Eagleton of Madrid, Iowa; Karen (Dan) Huff of Rolla, Mo. and Kim (Adam) Balog of Odenville, Alabama. Their three grandchildren are Matt, Sarah and Laura Eagleton.

Kathy is a retired nurse from Jerseyville Hospital and her husband, Lee, retired ConAgra Flour Mill.

Lee and Kathy celebrated with friends and family at Fieldon United Church of Christ in Fieldon on Aug. 28.
