The following police reports were filed between August 26 and September 2. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Perkinson, Dennis R., dob 03-10-1968, possession of meth less than 5 grams.
Gunn, Jaylen Kewuan, dob 09-22-1995, obtain substance by fraud/1st.
Dixon, Devin P., dob 06-28-1999, aggravated fleeing police/21 mph over limit, resisting/peace officer/correctional employee/firefighter.
Alexander, Katherine E., dob 01-11-1979, possession of meth between 5-15 grams.
Jones, Jeremy W.L., dob 07-10-1998, 2 charges of domestic battery/other prior, possession hypodermic/syringe/needles/1st.
Pace, David A., dob 06-01-1965, theft/control less than $500 prior.
Brannan, Judith W., dob 02-03-1974, possession of meth less than 5 grams, possession drug paraphernalia.
Jackson, Terry L., dob 06-20-1969, possession of meth less than 5 grams, possession drug paraphernalia.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:

Gent, Erica Lynn, dob 12-03-1976, retail theft/display merchandise less than $300.
Morris, Regina A., dob 01-13-2004, domestic battery/bodily harm.
The following individuals were charged with a DUI:

The following individual was charged with an ordinance violations:
