• Varsity Football lost to Marion, 64-29.
• Varsity Cross Country took three male runners to the Granite City Invite – Cole Martinez broke a PR with a 16:31 time, placing 16th! Griffin Williams placed 85th with a 17:42 and Zane Peuterbaugh placed 185th with a 21:45.
• Fr/Soph Football came up with a win over Marion on Labor Day due to a rain postponement on Saturday. They won 40-14. They are now 2-0 on the season!
• JCMS 8th Grade Football lost to Quincy, 20-36.
• JCMS Girls Cross Country took home three medals:
