Junior Libero, Jaelyn Hill, serves the ball for the Calhoun Lady Warriors Volleyball team September 7 in their close match against Greenfield Lady Tigers. Unfortunately the Calhoun Lady Warriors could not come up with the win.
Calhoun High School’s Lady Warriors are back at full strength, which means they are ready to play and will not back down from a set.
“Last night we had an exciting win against West Central,” Head Coach Melissa Zipprich said.
On Sept 9, The Lady Warriors were ready to play despite dealing with COVID from the previous weeks which led to not many of the Warriors regular players starting. There may have been a few set-backs but CHS ‘ team really came out to fight after 2 tough losses.
“We won in two, 25-18. 25-23,” Zipprich said. “We finally have all our girls back and starting to find our groove. The girls really looked good the other night.” Below you will see the top stats from the game:
