On Saturday Sept. 18, 2021, I will have an information area at the Brussels Health Fair. Stop by and say hello and if you have any questions, I will be happy to assist you!
We are making wreaths here at Calhoun County Senior Citizens Center on Sept. 21, 2021. Debby Klunk will be teaching the class. It will start around noon.
Lunch is Monday-Friday, 11 a.m. – 12 p.m.: If you are over 60 you may donate what you can afford. If you are under 60, you must pay $7, the full cost of the meal.
In addition to the Meals on Wheels and Congregate Meals programs we offer a frozen meal program for homebound people and their caregivers. Please call 618-576-9567 for more information.
Meals for the week:
Thursday, Sept 16: Polish sausage, sauerkraut, fried potatoes, 3 bean salad, tapioca pudding, juice.
Friday, Sept 17: Beef & noodles, wax beans, cali blend vegetables, mixed fruit cup.
Monday, Sept 20: Baked ziti, peas & carrots, side salad, 5 cup salad.
Tuesday, Sept 21: Fried fish filet, baked beans, coleslaw, spiced apple & pears, hushpuppies.
Wednesday, Sept 22: Ranch style chicken, roasted potatoes, summer squash, snickerdoodle, fruit or juice.
Our business hours are: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
