The Winchester Methodist Men will have a cookout to benefit the Kerr Ballard Memorial at Winchester Grade School.Pork chop and hot dogs will be sold on Saturday, Sept. 18, starting at 9 am at the three way stop in Winchester (immediately west of Scotty’s).Proceeds will go to Kerr’s Court, outside basketball court, at Winchester Grade School. Donations are welcome.
