The Pike County Clerk/Recorder’s Office is hosting a pumpkin decorating contest.

The Clerk’s office will provide pumpkins for each child under the age of 10 that wants to participate. The Clerk’s office will be judging the pumpkins Friday Oct. 29 at 10 a.m. The top three pumpkins will each win a prize.

The only rule is no carving. Any other types of decorations are encouraged! Let your imagination do the work and bring us your best.

Pumpkins are available to pick up at the County Clerk’s Office at 121 E Washington St in Pittsfield, starting Monday Oct. 4, through Thursday Oct. 28,.
All the pumpkins were supplied by Ackles Farm Market.

Any and all donations are welcome to cover the expense of purchasing the pumpkins and the prizes that will be awarded.
