Reservations must be made by 1 p.m. prior to the day you wish to eat. If you have made reservations and cannot attend, please notify the center at 618-498-3483.
Whole wheat bread served daily except as noted (*). 2 percent milk served daily.
Monday, Oct. 18: Polish sausage and kraut, mashed potatoes and gravy, zucchini and tomatoes, oranges, and muffin.
Tuesday, Oct. 19: Pepper steak, rice pilaf, butter beans, apricots and mixed fruit and lemon whip.
Wednesday, Oct. 20: Chili with beans, all meat frank on bun*, slaw, pears and fruit crisp.
Thursday, Oct. 21: Cheesy chicken casserole, garlic bread*, spinach, tropical fruit and brownie.
Friday, Oct. 22: Beef and noodles, mashed red skin potatoes, corn, peaches and dessert bar.
