Frank D. Smith I, 80, of Pittsfield died on Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2021 at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, IL.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, Oct. 19 at 1 p.m. at Niebur Funeral Home in Pittsfield. Visitation was held prior to the service from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
