Griggsville Nazarene Church will host the group “Cross Over Country” Sunday, Oct. 25 from 6-8 p.m. Refreshments will be provided.
Final services at Griggsville Episcopal Church will be held this Saturday, Oct. 23 at 10 a.m. Refreshments and fellowship will follow the services. All are welcome!
G-P PTO will host a Trunk Or Treat event at the Griggsville park this Saturday, Oct. 23 for children in Griggsville-Perry school district.
The Griggsville-Perry seniors are selling butter braids and cookie dough. Don’t miss out!
Sympathy is extended to the family of Joani Walston who passed away Oct. 14 at Hannibal Regional Hospital. Happy birthday wishes go out to Jennifer Craven Oct. 24!
Darlene Lamb, Tiffany Lowrey, and Whitney Walls came all the way from Alabama and enjoyed Pike County Fall Pickin Days with Wendi Reich and Nikki Mountain Saturday. That evening they, along with ‘the Phillips family’ enjoyed a wiener roast/soup supper at the home of Jack Phillips, followed by an open-air ride through Mossy Mountain. After breakfast burritos at Darrin and Nikki Mountain’s Sunday morning, the visitors headed back to Alabama. Everyone had a wonderful weekend!
‘Buster’ Craven has moved to the Illinois Veterans Home in Quincy. Construction has begun on the new home of Rich and Patricia Walsh of Perry.
