Rachel Phillips, a senior and swim team captain for Routt Catholic High School in Jacksonville recently qualified for the sectional in the 100 yd. backstroke. She had previously qualified in the 200 yd freestyle her sophomore and junior years. She is the daughter of Brandon Phillips of Jacksonville and Ruth Phillips of Barry.
