It was a cool sunday morning and beautiful Lord’s day with a great group of believers.
Make sure to circle these dates on your calendar. Nov. 14 is our church’s Thanksgiving dinner following the morning service, all are invited. Dec. 12 is our church Christmas concert with Serenity Sound with a special guest and our Servant Hearts. There will be a luncheon following the concert. We have begun collecting non pershiable items for the North Greene Food Pantry. Our text this morning was from the Book of Ephesians chapter 4:14-32 and our focus verse was verse 30. The Book of Ephesians is a must read for every christian at least twice a year no matter how long you have been a christian. Paul tells us how we are to live out our lives as believers untill the time we meet our lord and savior. Paul also tells us in verse 30 that believers have been sealed by the spirit who indwells them. We the believers have been sealed for the day of redemption. that day will occur when the body is redememed at the rapture, when we are glorified.(Romans 8:23- 1 Corthians 15:42-49. Our recent prayer requests are-dan/ava-dorothy’s brother and her son-harold/jane and neice-cheryl-robert-ava’s brother cecil and george both awaiting open heart surgery. We invite you to join us each Sunday morning at 10:30 for our morning worship time and Wednesday study at 6:30 pm.
