Each year, the campers at Rives Lake hold a Halloween decorating contest among the campers. Saturday evening, a Halloween contest was held for the children, after which they went trick or treating at the various campsites. After the contest, the award for Best Decorated Campsite was awarded. Sherry White presents the award this year to Nathan McDaniels for his Voodoo Hut setup.
