If you want to see some future girls basketball stars, come out to the Susnig Center on Monday nights where the first and second grade girls play. Monday night, Tarrant and Harmon played Carrollton’s Alfonso’s Pizza team.
Fueled by all of those carbohydrates from the pizza, the Carrollton ladies were no match for the Jerseyville lasses, defeating Jerseyville 30-4, but just watching them play was well worth the $1 admission at the Susnig Center.
