Pike County Art Guild will open an art gallery and artists’ space in Pittsfield, in conjunction with the Deer Santa Festival Nov. 28, 2:30-6 p.m.
The space is in the west alley, off the Courthouse Square, behind J.B. Filbert Agency, 117 1/2 N. Madison Street.
The gallery will open with “A Winter Wonderland Art Exhibit”, featuring local Pike County artists including Mallory Davidsmeyer, Kelly Johnson, Sonya Bishop, and Lauren Perez.
Any Pike Countian interested in displaying during the opening, and after, can contact the Guild through its Facebook page: Pike County Art Guild, by Nov. 20.
The opening weekend will feature stained glass, paintings, photography, and sculpture, and more, by Pike County artists.
The space will also include creator space for artists and classes.
The public is welcome to come opening weekend to view and purchase art, and see the Guild’s space.
