Jerseyville Economic Development Council, inc. will be hosting a ribbon cutting to honor the grand opening of the Hideaway Trading Post. It will be on Friday, Nov. 19, at 9 a.m. The Hideaway Trading Post is located on 117 South. Washington Street and it is owned by Margaret Dublo. Dublo’s retail store is the latest boutique opening in Jerseyville’s Historic City Center District. The new business will offer seasonal fresh local produce, fudge, snacks, handmade crafts by local artists, local honey, chocolate, candy, Amish made and local jams, jellies, pickles, home decor items, an abundance of gift selections, and much more.
This store is their second store. The business’s first store is in Grafton. The Hideaway Trading Post owner is opening just in time for the holidays and for Downtown Country Christmas. Go downtown and check it out.
