On Veterans Day, Robert Parmenter deposits the first flag into the drop box he and his wife, Kim, made and donated to the Kampsville American Legion Post 1083. He is assisted by young Keaton Titus (right) and fellow Veteran, Perry Wheeler (left). Once it is full, the box will be emptied and the flags will be disposed of properly.
