Children living in the Griggsville-Perry School District who are under 5 years of age are eligible to receive a monthly free book in their home through Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library. This opportunity is available through a grant from Donors Choose and The Tracy Family Foundation. Stop by the Griggsville School Building to pick up an application. If you have any questions, call the school (217) 833-2352 and ask for Barb Webel.
Our sympathy is extended to the family of Wanda Hobson who passed away Thursday, Nov. 18.
We also extend our sympathy to the family of Dr. Jean Kirk who passed away Nov.21.Congratulations to the following students who were winners in the Farmers National Bank coloring contest: 1-5 year old division- first place Lydia Booth and third place Addie Richard; 6-10 year old division- first place- Annabelle Claxton, second place- Kase Lipcamon, third place- Quaid Tedrow.

The Griggsville Fire Department reports they had a wonderful turnout for their Thanksgiving Dinner Sunday. The support is very much appreciated!
