Winchester’s Outreach Community Center staff and volunteers are in the process of preparing packages for area young people as a part of the organization’s 11th Annual Christmas Giveaway. Packages for boys and girls of all ages are being prepared that include toys, clothing and other items. In order to participate in the giveaway, families must have preregistered in November. Pickup of Christmas items for preregistered families will take place on Saturday, Dec. 11.
