Jeffrey and Abigail Eilerman, of Jerseyville, welcomed a baby boy on May 6. Delcan was born at Alton Memorial Hospital and weighed 9 lbs, 15 oz. He has three older siblings: Evette, six; Wesley, four and William, two. Grandparents are Phillip and Pamela Ruyle, of Kane and Rick and Deborah Eilerman, of Batchtown. Great-grandparents are Tom and Wilma Ryan of Medora.
