Reservations must be made by 1 p.m. prior to the day you wish to eat. If you have made reservations and cannot attend, please notify the center at 618-498-3483.
Whole wheat bread served daily except as noted (*). 2 percent milk is served daily.
Monday, Dec.6: Ham and beans, cornbread, pickled beets apricots and pudding
Tuesday, Dec. 7: Pepper steak, oven roasted potatoes, carrots pears, fruit crisp
Wednesday, Dec. 8: Chicken patty on bun, scalloped potatoes, zucchini and tomatoes, rosy applesauce.
Thursday, Dec.9: Potato soup, ham salad sandwich, broccoli salad, fruit cocktail and jell-o.
Friday, Dec.10: Chicken fried steak, mashed potato and gravy, lima beans, plums, dessert bar.
