The Christmas Elves are hard at work as people get a peek at what they are up to this year.
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas. If you are looking for something to do, take a drive over to Batchtown this December, where you can make your way across Franklin Hill on Turner Hollow Road with your family and go tour the beautiful holiday lights through “Candy Cane Lane.”
The light show is spectacular and according to Jana Sievers Facebook post, “Tony has worked so hard to get this display running. Please give a big honk as you come through to show him your appreciation.”
Cars can head out to view “Candy Cane Lane” any night and prepare to be dazzled and amazed by the sights and sounds of their drive-thru light extravaganza. There is always something new to see every year. The Sievers have over a million lights featured on their land, and there’s sure to be joy and excitement for everyone in the family during this unique experience.
“When I hear the kids in the cars so excited by all the lights – it makes it all worthwhile! I’m always amazed when I get home and the lights are on (hopefully) that we did that,” Tony Sievers said.“Don’t want to spoil it for people, but we always have something new. We like them to find it for themselves! We have to give a big thank you to our family for all their help – wouldn’t be able to do it without them.”
