Meal to be served at Cardinal Inn Christmas Day

Deepest sympathy is extended to the close friends and family of Max Self who went to her heavenly home in the wee hours Sunday morning, Dec. 12. She will be forever missed by all those who loved her.
A live nativity will be held on Saturday, Dec. 18th, from 6 – 8 p.m. across from McDonald’s in Pittsfield. This is sponsored by the Detroit Christian Church.
Meal to be served at Cardinal Inn Christmas DayThere will be a free christmas meal at the Cardinal Inn Dec. 25 with serving starting at noon. Volunteers to help transport people and meals and / or to serve the meal are needed. This meal is provided so no one will be alone Christmas Day. Everyone is welcome. Call 217-285-1448 with questions

Joyce Fusselman and her daughter Cathy Fusselman Bollegar hosted their family Christmas Saturday, Dec. 11. To be able to fit all the family in, Cathy’s daughter and son, Christy and Rob, rented the Arrowhead Farmhouse between Griggsville and Pittsfield. Those who all attended were: Roger, Christy, Timothy, and Brenna Smith and friend Alex; Rob, Amy, and Taylor Thorpe and friend Josh; Matthew, Corbin, and Travis Fusselman and friend Sheila; Alana Harris and friend Joe Bently; and Dustin Stork and friend Shelby. Absent because of Covid were James, Brittnee, Kendra, Ivan, and Sawyer Bull, Mason Thorpe, and Derek Stork and friend Jordan.
