Reservations must be made by 1 p.m. prior to the day you wish to eat. If you have made reservations and cannot attend, please notify the center at 618-498-3483.
Whole wheat bread served daily except as noted (*). 2 percent milk is served daily.
Monday, Dec. 13: Polish sausage and sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, gravy, peas, peaches, pudding.
Tuesday, Dec. 14: Teriyaki chicken, rice pilaf, Japanese vegetables, plums and fruit salad.
Wednesday, Dec. 15: Chili, all meat frank on bun, slaw, pineapple and brownie.
Thursday, Dec. 16: Chicken and noodles, whole wheat roll, tomato salad, mixed fruit, dessert bar.
Friday, Dec. 17: Birthday dinner: Ham, sweet potatoes, green beans, tropical fruit and cake with frosting.
