Reservations must be made by 1 p.m. prior to the day you wish to eat. If you have made reservations and cannot attend, please notify the center at 618-498-3483.
Whole wheat bread served daily except as noted (*). 2 percent milk served daily.
Thursday, Dec. 30: Beef and noodles, whole wheat roll*, mixed vegetables, oranges, dessert bar.
Friday, Dec. 31: Closed for holiday.
Monday, Jan 3: Polish sausage/ kraut, mashed potatoes and gravy, Brussels sprouts, plums, pudding,
Tuesday, Jan 4: BBQ chicken on bun*, scalloped potatoes, baked beans, pineapple, muffin.
Wednesday, Jan. 5: Unstuffed pepper casserole, whole wheat roll*, butter beans, fruit cocktail, cheesecake with cherries.
