After several reports of prowlers and a peeping Tom, Caleb Handy, Winchester Chief of Police is telling residents to keep vehicles and doors locked.
“We have some reports,” Handy said. “We don’t have anything concrete right now.”
Handy stressed that if someone observes a prowler or a peeping Tom on their property or a neighbors, to call the dispatch and report the incident.
“Do not try to apprehend the individual on your own,” Handy said.
