New Years at the Kampsville Legion was the place to be. A fun crowd had the best time saying goodbye to 2021 and hello to 2022. I enjoyed meeting up with my good friends, Bill and Jeane Bland; and brother and sister-in-law, Lynn and Katrinna Brangenberg; and niece, Scarlett. We had a lot of laughs. I hope everyone’s New Year is filled with friends, family and laughter.
The Kampsville lights at the Veterans Park are now off for the season. Thank you, Lite up Kampsville committee and all volunteers who worked to make Christmas in Kampsville so bright. Christmas at Sievers Lane had their last night on Jan. 2. There were so many beautiful lights right here in our county.
Flowers by Glenda will be closed the week of Jan. 3. Glenda is currently sick and unable to be at her shop. Thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding.
