The flag flew at half-staff at the G-P middle school in Perry on Tuesday to mourn Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputy Sean Riley, who was killed in the line of duty last week. Riley was allegedly shot and killed by Ray Tate – 40, of Hopkinsville, Ky. – while responding to a motorist assist call on eastbound Interstate 64 at mile marker 115.
