Submitted photo The village of Bluffs has announced the winners of the annual Christmas Lights Contest. First place went to Arly and Diane Rock.The other five winners, listed alphabetically are John Edlen, Ryan Edlen, Raymond Lawber,Ed Little, Ron Rose. The first place winners received $50 and the runners-up each received $25.
