The following police reports were filed between December 24 and December 30. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Jersey County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

The following individual was charged with a DUI:
Randolph, James R., dob 03-10-1999, driving under the influence of alcohol.

Dixon, Carter M., dob 03-20-2000, no valid registration/1st and 2nd.
Lott, Walker Dean, dob 10-26-2005, failure to reduce speed.
McCarthy, Maryssa R., dob 06-02-1997, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Randolph, James R., dob 03-10-1999, driving 1-10 mph above limit, operate uninsured motor vehicle, transport/carry alcohol liquor/driver.
Bernerd, William S., dob 08-12-1966, driving on revoked license.
Ditto, Therese J., dob 12-11-1952, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Luttrell, Tamika N., dob 12-08-1976, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
Wilson, Charlie C., dob 10-04-1951, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Middleton, Amanda L., dob 03-04-1980, speeding 26-34 mph over limit.
Proffer, Michael A., dob 03-21-1979, speeding 35+ mph over limit.
Scott, Lynn M., dob 02-14-1996, driving 21-25 mph above limit.
England, James R., dob 12-12-1991, mufflers/1st, 2nd.
Sweetland, Brady E., dob 02-03-2004, squealing/screeching tires, registration expiration/1st & 2nd.
Patton, Joshua W., dob 09-26-1996, reckless driving, failure to reduce speed.
Scott, Kyler M., dob 07-14-2004, driving restricted time on graduated drivers license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Page, Lori A., dob 12-21-1974, driving 15-20 mph above limit.
