Elizabeth M. ‘Beth’ Baskett | 48 | Pittsfield

Elizabeth M. “Beth” Baskett, 48, of Pittsfield, IL passed away Saturday, Jan. 8, 2022 at her daughter’s home in Nebo.Elizabeth was born March 14, 1973 in Clayton, MO, a daughter of Gerald D. and Patsy Lee Patton Baskett.
Elizabeth had been employed in retail management for several businesses. She enjoyed reading, playing video games and going to the gambling boats. Most important to her was being a “Mawmaw” and taking care of her babies.
Survivors include her mother, Pat (John) Collins of Pittsfield, two daughters, Cassidy (Hunter) Turner of Nebo and Demi (Devin) Clinton of Fort Knox, KY, four grandchildren, Gabriella and Aquila Clinton and Isabella and Lane Turner, three brothers, Steven Nelson of Hannibal, MO, Richard Nelson of Quincy and Joshua Collins of Pittsfield, two sisters, Tara Collins (Clint Long) of New Salem and Angie Baskett of Pittsfield and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her father, Gerald D. Baskett.
Funeral services were held Friday, Jan. 14, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. at the Lummis Funeral Home in Pleasant Hill conducted by Darin Workman. Burial will follow at the Greenwood Cemetery in Clarksville, MO. Visitation will be held Thursday evening from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Spring Creek Fire Department.
