Jolene Kaye Smith, 55, of Pittsfield, died Sunday, Jan. 9, 2022, at Illini Community Hospital in Pittsfield.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Jan. 15 at 12 noon at the Lummis Funeral Home in Pleasant Hill.
Burial followed at Crescent Heights Cemetery in Pleasant Hill. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of services on Saturday.
Memorials may be made to the charity or organization of the donor’s choice.
