Phillip P. Barnes

The Pike County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop on North Jackson Street, Pittsfield, Pike County on a 2019 Mitsubishi, Jan. 14 at 6:07 p.m.

Subsequent to an investigation, the driver, Phillip P. Barnes, 21, Pittsfield, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Barnes was lodged in the Pike County Jail.

The Pike County Sheriff’s Department was assisted by the Pittsfield Police Department.
