Illini Community Hospital held a ceremony on Tuesday, Jan. 25, to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the hospital’s founding on that date in 1942. The event featured an address by Illini Administrator Kathy Hull and the proclamation of the day as Illini Day in the City of Pittsfield. Illini was also presented with an Award for Excellence from the Illinois Manufacturing Excellence Center.
