Happy Secretary’s Day to each one of you who keep the office afloat, many go without saying how important you are, but here to tell you so appreciative for all who do their share and most times more of keeping their boss happy!! Kudos to you on this well deserved recognition day!
Nebo Community Club will be having a hunter safety course this coming weekend. It will be Friday April 29 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday April 30 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Must attend entire class for hunter safety card. Please call Dean Spann to sign up at (217)491-2436.
Pleasant Hill American Legion is having a raffle. this is beautiful patriotic red, white, and blue handmade afghan. It can be seen on their Facebook page, Legion Post 1048. Tickets may be purchased from Legion members Bob Feil (217)430-8759, Dick Graham or Dean Spann (217)491-2436 or message on facebook. The drawing will be held July 4!
Our neighbors in Louisiana, Mo. are having a Bluegrass Pickers Festival this coming Saturday starting at 9 a.m. with vendors, also will include car cruise and many other activities. If you are interested, head on across to the riverfront!
