Reservations must be made by 1 p.m. prior to the day you wish to eat. If you have made reservations and cannot attend, please notify the center at 618-498-3483.
Whole wheat bread served daily except as noted (*). 2 percent milk is served daily.
Thursday, April 28: Ham and beans, cornbread, pickled beets, pears, cookies.
Friday, April 29: Swiss steak, baked potatoes, green beans, mixed fruit, dessert bar.
Monday, May 2: Pork tenderloin on bun*, roasted potatoes, Brussels sprouts, cinnamon applesauce, pudding.
Tuesday, May 3: Chicken broccoli Alfredo, garlic bread*, peas and carrots, mixed fruit, muffin
Wednesday, May 4: Chili, all meat Frank on bun*, slaw, tropical fruit, cheesecake with cherries.
