For the “wedding,” the bridal party represented the letter Q, while the groomsmen represented the letter U. Adams and Theisen’s reasoning for the activity is to help teach their students that “you cannot make words that begin with Q without a U. It was a fun way to teach the concept and celebrate our learning.” The whole school was invited to watch the wedding, which was officiated by principal Mrs. Lorshbach. Pictured here is Principal Lorschbach with the kindergarten classes.
