Jersey Community High School hosted a freshman/sophomore invitational last Wednesday May 4 at Snyders Sports Complex. The boys placed second overall at the invitational. Jersey sophomore Casey Borkowski placed first in the 100 m and 200m dashes. Freshman Dax Goetten placed first in the high jump competition, with a personal record of 5-8. Sophomore Landon Jones placed first in the long jump competition, with a jump of 18-9. The 4x200m relay race was won by Jersey. The relay team consists of: Casey Borkowski, Landon Jones, Eli Deck and Aiden Talley, all sophomores.
