The Jersey Panthers won the Southwest Illinois Baseball League (SWBIL) 10U South Division Championship game Sunday at the GCS Credit Union Ballpark, home of the Gateway Grizzlies. The Panthers represented SWBIL against the Southern Illinois Select Baseball League and secured the championship with a 9 – 7 win. The Panthers finished the season with an overall record of 22 – 1 – 2.
