The Calhoun County Health Department (CCHD) recently announced the promotion of Megan Eilerman to the position of assistant administrator.
Eilerman joined CCHD nine years ago and has advanced throughout her years with the department. She has played a key role in grant and budget administration, grant writing, emergency preparedness, personnel matters, and department planning.
Through the many programs Eilerman has been involved with, she has formed numerous relationships with staff at the neighboring county health departments, with the State of Illinois program managers, and with key stakeholders in the area.
According to a release from the department, Eilerman’s experience, enthusiasm, and professionalism have all led her to her new role as assistant administrator and CCHD is “excited about her new role at the Department and is eager to see where this new position takes her.”
Eilerman lives in Batchtown with her husband, Brad, and their three children.
