Carmella Birchum
A Pike County Sheriff’s Deputy, while working for the Village of Hull, July 29, went to a residence located in the 600 block of Elm Street, Hull, in an attempt to serve a warrant.
Upon arrival at the residence, Carmella I. Birchum, 38, Hull, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Also arrested during the investigation was James M. Gardiner, 53, Hull, also on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
The incident remains under investigation.
