Steven and Nancy Gourley of Alsey will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday, Aug. 20.
The pair wed on Aug. 20, 1972 at Alsey Baptist Church.
The ceremony was performed by Rev. Ralph Williams.
Steve retired from Winchester FS and WInchester Farmers Elevator. Nancy is also retired after working as a secretary at Winchester Grade School and Passavant Area Hospital.
Steven and Nancy have two children, Jennifer (Kevin) Alred of Alsey and Andy (Beth) Gourley of Winchester. They also have eight grandchildren Linsey Alred, Ben Alred, Cole Gourley, Emma Alred, Derrick King, Ben King, Steven Gourley, Kaylee Gourley; and one great-grandchild, Kennedy Rose Walker.
A celebration, hosted by their children, will be held Sunday, Aug. 21 at the Winchester EMS building at 2 p.m. Everyone is welcome.
