The 2022 Carrollton Homecoming will be Friday, Sept. 23 when the Hawks take on Calhoun at 7 p.m. During halftime of the game, one lucky girl and one lucky boy from this group will be chosen Homecoming King and Queen during coronation ceremonies.
Queen candidates are: Callie Flowers, daughter of Jamie and Sarah Flowers; Jenna Gray, daughter of Ken and Shaana Gray; Lauren Walker, daughter of Sean and Jenny Walker; Ella Stumpf, daughter of Cathy Stumpf and Andy Stumpf and Sophie Pohlman, daughter of Justin and Mandy Pohlman.
King candidates are: Mason Baumgartner, son of Kim Combs and Jason Baumgartner; Matt Beiermann, son of Tim and Carol Beiermann; Tyler Singleton, son of Matt and Kayla Hill; Willie Gilmore, son of Will and Ginger Gilmore and Boden Flowers, son of Brand and Jenni Flowers.
The theme for this year’s homecoming is “Hawks on the Big Screen”. In addition to the activities at the school, there will be a bonfire and pep rally on Wednesday, Sept. 21. Those wishing to participate should meet on the bleachers at the football field around 8 p.m. On Friday, Sept. 23,the annual Homecoming parade will take place at around 1:30 p.m. on the Carrollton Square. That evening at 7 p.m., the Hawks will face off with the Calhoun Warriors with Coronation taking place at halftime.
