Beckley Rae Carter turned one-year-old April 28. She celebrated with a “Sweet One” Strawberry party with her family. She is the daughter Josh and Karley Carter. Grandparents are Debbie and David Rhodes, Scott and Kathy Osment, Stacey Shaw and Shawn and Laura Carter. Great-grandparents are Kathy Carter, Dian Shaw, Steve “Shag” Shaw and the late Don and Betty Hayden, the late Jack and Linday Osment, the late Emmett Carter and the late John Garrett.
