Batchtown had great weather for their annual Fall Festival on Sunday. There was a parade, games for all ages, food vendors, and music by the band, Crypt Kickers.
There were vendors selling handmade items such as jewelry, wreaths, crafts, purses, makeup, accessories, and more.
Calhoun royalty, Little Miss Karson Hillen, Miss Calhoun Lucy Kallal and Jr. Miss Caroline Adams were driven by Terry Klocke in the parade.
The grand marshal for the parade was Brenda Sievers. Sievers is very active in the Batchtown community, according to festival organizers, and deserving of the honor. In the parade, she drove a tractor pulling the Calhoun Jr. High softball team who recently won state.
