The following police reports were filed between November 4 and November 10. These reports are public information and are obtained from the Greene County Circuit Clerk’s office. All individuals have been arrested and charged, or cited in the case of traffic violations. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
The following individuals were charged with a felony:
Reno, Brook A., dob 8-14-1981, possession of meth less than five grams, possession drug paraphernalia.
Neff, Hunter E., dob 7-24-2003, two charges of aggravated battery/public place, resisting/peace officer/correctional employee/firefighter, consumption of liquor/minor, criminal trespass to building, assault.
The following individuals were charged with a misdemeanor:
Fry, Dawn R., dob 2-21-1982, possession drug paraphernalia, drivers license expired more than a year.
Mielke, Ronald E., Jr., dob 5-30-1982, resisting/peace officer/correctional employee/firefighter, disorderly conduct.
The following individuals were charged with a major traffic violation:
Roberts, Rachel A., dob 6-05-1984, driving on suspended license, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Stewart, Reagan C., dob 7-17-1976, driving on suspended license.
Harper, Don M., dob 7-02-1953, leaving the scene.
Farris, Malindy A., dob 5-10-1996, unlawful possession cannabis/passenger.
Holtgreve, James C., dob 10-24-1972, driving on suspended license.
The following individuals were charged with a traffic violation:
Thacker, Michael S., dob 5-02-1955, disregard stop sign.
Adams, Tiffany N., dob 6-11-1983, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Harris, Daniel J., dob 8-13-2004, driving 1-10 mph above limit.
Kitsmiller, Monte J., dob 8-26-1962, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Smith, James A., dob 7-07-1972, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended.
Cooper, Ana M., dob 8-14-1988, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Stanton, Codey J., dob 8-04-1995, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Austin, William R., dob 4-09-1970, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Hemken, Austin M., dob 7-03-2001, operate motor vehicle/registration/suspended, operate uninsured motor vehicle.
Miller, Jeffrey P., dob 10-05-1999, driving 1-10 mph above limit.
